Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between your organization ("Customer", "Tenant", or "You") and ModApp ("We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing or utilizing the ModApp software platform, web portal, APIs, or documentation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

We provide a full-featured, zero-risk evaluation experience for new business accounts:

• All Core Modules Included: Every registered tenant receives instant access to all 13 core modules (including CRM, Accounting, Identity, Workflows, and Inventory).
• No Credit Card Required: You are not required to provide a credit card or payment authorization to start or conduct your evaluation.
• Transparent Expiration: When the 30-day evaluation period concludes, the tenant status automatically transitions to trial-expired. We will never automatically bill you.
• Zero Data Loss: Expired status temporarily gates access to UI screens; all transactions, ledgers, inventory rows, and customer files remain preserved in your database. Reactivating your subscription instantly restores complete access.

ModApp is licensed as a unified single-deployment application with modular feature activation:

• Single Deployment: The platform operates as a single executable artifact, drastically simplifying monitoring, database backups, and network perimeter security.
• Per-Tenant Feature Activation: Optional business modules (such as B2B Marketplace, Manufacturing BOM, Smart PDF OCR, and AI Agent Insights) are activated on demand per tenant from the in-app module store.
• Clean Deactivation: Toggling a module off hides the associated navigation and operational endpoints without destroying historical ledger entries.

ModApp supports multi-gateway commerce operations across Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, and offline purchase orders:

• Direct Merchant Relationship: You are responsible for establishing and maintaining valid merchant credentials with your chosen payment processors.
• No Transaction Surcharges: ModApp does not take an arbitrary percentage cut on your store transactions. You only pay standard gateway fees directly to your payment providers.
• Credential Isolation: Payment gateway tokens and webhook secrets configured for your tenant are encrypted at rest and accessible only by your tenant scope.

Enterprise customers receive committed service level agreements (SLAs):

• Direct Inquiries: Inquiries submitted via our contact portal or direct email (sameth@qq.com) receive initial response within 2 to 4 business hours, guaranteed within 24 hours.
• Patching & Release Cadence: Critical security hotfixes and database migration updates are distributed with backward-compatible schemas to avoid operational downtime.
